SB 107 amends §5-21 of the O.C.G.A., relating to ethics in government. It omits December 31 and adds May 10 as dates for filing campaign financial disclosure reports, in order to add a date before the general primary. It also adds political action committees, rather than just individuals, as being able to contribute to campaigns.
